Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)

This position is contingent upon obtaining required insurance licenses.

• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date

• Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of your start date

• Full licensing support, study resources, and onboarding assistance are provided

What You'll Do

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up

• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify customer insurance needs

• Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers

• Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into new business

• Develop lasting customer relationships that drive referrals and retention

• Track sales activity and maintain accurate customer records

• Collaborate with team members to support agency growth initiatives

• Maintain compliance with agency procedures and insurance regulations

• Previous sales, business development, retail, hospitality, customer-facing, or insurance experience preferred
