What You’ll Do

  • Proactively develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and agency growth.

  • Conduct policy reviews and provide personalized recommendations that add value to clients.

  • Confidently market, explain, and sell insurance products to both new leads and existing clients.

  • Act as the go-to problem solver by overseeing and resolving complex customer issues.

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals.

  • Experience in insurance sales, account management, or a customer-facing role preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that build trust quickly.

  • Ability to adapt, lead conversations, and close opportunities.

  • Must hold Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses – or be willing to obtain them. Full licensing support is provided to help you succeed.
